This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our store.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During this time, we verify your order, prepare it for fulfillment, and arrange shipment.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, shipping route, and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–18 business days
Middle East: 8–20 business days
Other international locations: 10–25 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability and destination. We always aim to use the most efficient shipping option available.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion or campaign.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Nova Haul is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays may occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, including:
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Carrier disruptions
Peak seasons and holidays
Incorrect shipping information
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund. If reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding missing or stolen parcels.
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will review the case and assist where possible.
10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different fulfillment locations.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, processing may already be underway and we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
