REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before opening or using it.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

7. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right may not apply to certain sealed personal care or hygiene-related products once opened.

8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

9. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
